Caterpillar Room

Age Group: Under 2's

Our Caterpillar Room is for 8 weeks – 2 year olds and is a nurturing and safe environment for our toddlers.

Plenty of space to make choices and play either alone or with friends our Caterpillars enjoy independence with educators close by to support their ever growing needs. Children are supported with their self help skills (especially toileting and feeding) and social skills are encouraged each day.

Children begin to develop play skills as they engage with others (different adults and children) and are encouraged to make choices in their play. Routines that are consistent and predictable help children to understand what is happening next.
